Overview

All Products Must be Activated within 30 days of Purchase, we will not provide any return/replacement or refund if the product does not work after this period.

Due to the intangible nature of digital products we do not provide a refund once a product key has been delivered. Should you have any technical issues with activation we will provide a replacement key subject to support assessment first.

We do not provide refunds for incorrectly purchased/incompatible products, it is your responsibility to ensure your Device meets the hardware requirements before purchasing the product.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Game Codes
  • Digital downloads

We will also not refund due to including but limited:

Refunds

In Certain cases we may elect to refund you. In such cases we will refund you using the same method of payment or via EFT into a Bank account that must be in your name. We may impose a 10% transaction charge in cases that the refund is not our fault.

Any refunds paid will be capped at the amount you have paid, we will never refund more then this.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
